وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان سعودی عرب کی خودمختاری، سلامتی اور حرمین شریفین کے تحفظ کے لیے شانہ بشانہ کھڑا ہے۔
وزیراعظم نے سعودی عرب کے قومی دن کے موقع پر سعودی فرمانروا شاہ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز اور ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان کو مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ سعودی عرب کی ترقی اور تبدیلی کا سفر قابلِ فخر ہے، ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان کی متحرک اور دوراندیش قیادت میں سعودی عرب ترقی اور خوشحالی کی جانب گامزن ہے۔ ترقی اور تبدیلی کا سفر سعودی قوم ہی نہیں پاکستان کیلئے بھی باعثِ فخر ہے۔
وزیراعظم نے اپنے پیغام میں سعودی عرب پر حوثی حملوں خصوصاً مکہ مکرمہ پر حملے کی کوشش کو قابلِ مذمت قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ حرمین شریفین کی حرمت اور سلامتی کو لاحق کوئی بھی خطرہ دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کے جذبات کو مجروح کرتا ہے۔

The Kingdom’s remarkable journey of progress and transformation is a source of pride and admiration not only for the Saudi nation, but also for Pakistan. Under the dynamic and visionary leadership of my dear brother, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia continues to make impressive strides towards greater prosperity, modernization and innovation.
Pakistan takes immense pride in its historic and time-tested brotherhood with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, rooted in faith, mutual trust and an abiding bond between our peoples.
Today, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, this brotherhood is growing into an even stronger strategic partnership, underpinned by our shared commitment to peace, security and the unity of the Muslim Ummah. Together, we have proudly signed the Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement and the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement.
On this occasion, I reiterate Pakistan’s strongest condemnation of the recent Houthi attacks against the Kingdom, particularly the reprehensible attempted drone attack on the Holy City of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Any threat to the sanctity and security of the Haramain Sharifain deeply wounds the sentiments of Muslims across the world. Pakistan stands unwaveringly, shoulder to shoulder, with the Kingdom in safeguarding its sovereignty, security and the sanctity of Islam’s holiest sites.
As we celebrate Saudi National Day, I pray that Pakistan-Saudi Arabia brotherhood continues to grow from strength to strength.

شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان تاریخی اور آزمودہ برادرانہ رشتہ باہمی اعتماد اور مشترکہ اقدار پر قائم ہے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ دونوں ممالک کے تعلقات مضبوط اسٹریٹجک شراکت داری میں تبدیل ہو رہے ہیں۔ پاکستان اور سعودی عرب نے اسٹریٹجک باہمی دفاعی معاہدے اور مکہ مشترکہ دفاعی معاہدے پر دستخط کیے ہیں، جو دونوں برادر ممالک کے درمیان تعاون اور شراکت داری کی اہمیت کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔
وزیراعظم نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے برادرانہ تعلقات مستقبل میں مزید مضبوط ہوتے رہیں گے۔
شہباز شریف نے اپنے پیغام کا اختتام “پاک سعودی بھائی چارہ زندہ باد” کے الفاظ سے کیا۔
