وزیر اطلاعات عطا تارڑ نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان نے حق دفاع استعمال کرتے ہوئے 23 ستمبر کو افغانستان میں 10 مقامات پر فضائی اور ڈرون حملے کیے، افغان طالبان کی جانب سے کسی بھی مزید اشتعال انگیز اقدام کا بھرپور اور دوٹوک جواب دیا جائے گا۔
عطا تارڑ نے ایکس پر جاری بیان میں 23 ستمبر کو افغان سرزمین سے ڈرونز سے دراندازی کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ ملکی خودمختاری اورعلاقائی سالمیت کی کھلی خلاف ورزی اور جارحیت کا سنگین اور ناقابل قبول اقدام ہے۔
عطا تارڑ کا کہنا تھا کہ فضائی دفاعی نظام نے تمام درانداز ڈرونز کا سراغ لگا کر انہیں ہدف تک پہنچنے سے پہلے ہی تباہ کر دیا، افغان سرزمین سے ڈرونز حملے کی کوشش مکمل طور پر ناکام بنا دی گئی۔

انہوں نے بتایا کہ افغانستان میں ان مقامات کو نشانہ بنایا گیا جہاں سے یہ ڈرونز لانچ اور ذخیرہ کیے جا رہے تھے۔ یہ حملے درست، متناسب، محدود اور فوجی اہداف تک محدود رہے۔

وزیر اطلاعات نے کہا کہ افغان سرزمین سے دہشتگرد گروہوں یا افغان طالبان حکومت کی طرف سے حملے برداشت نہیں کریں گے، پاکستان کی خودمختاری کی کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کا فوری اور فیصلہ کن جواب دیا جائے گا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ افغان سرزمین پر دہشتگرد پناہ گاہوں اورمعاون نیٹ ورکس کی موجودگی پر تحفظات ہیں، افغان طالبان حکومت فوری طور پر پاکستان کیخلاف تمام دشمن سرگرمیاں بند اور افغان سرزمین سے سرگرم دہشتگرد عناصر کیخلاف مؤثر اور مستقل کارروائی کرے۔

Islamabad, 24 September 2026;
Pakistan condemns in the strongest possible terms the deliberate and unlawful incursion into Pakistan by drones on 23 September 2026, launched from Afghan territory. This constitutes a blatant violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and is a grave and unacceptable act of aggression.
For years, Pakistan has repeatedly conveyed its grave concerns to the Afghan Taliban regime and its interlocutors regarding the continued presence of terrorist sanctuaries and their support networks on Afghan soil. Instead of dismantling these networks and taking credible and verifiable action against those using Afghan territory to perpetrate terrorism against Pakistan, the Afghan Taliban regime has chosen to escalate the situation through hostile drone operations against Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Air Defence systems detected, tracked and neutralised all intruding platforms before they could reach any of their intended targets, comprehensively thwarting the attempted attack. In exercise of its sovereign right to self-defence, Pakistan conducted precision aerial and drone strikes against 10 locations in Afghanistan used for launching and storing these drones. The strikes were deliberate, precise, calibrated and proportionate and strictly limited to identified military objectives directly linked to the attempted attacks against Pakistan.
Pakistan will neither accept nor tolerate attacks launched from Afghan territory, whether by terrorist groups or by the Afghan Taliban regime itself. Any violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty will be met with an immediate and decisive response. Threats, denials or attempts to deflect responsibility by Afghan Taliban will neither alter the facts nor constrain Pakistan’s inherent right to defend its territory, its people and its national security.
Pakistan calls upon the Afghan Taliban regime to immediately cease all hostile activity against Pakistan and fulfil its international obligations by taking effective, concrete, verifiable and sustained action against terrorist entities operating from Afghan soil. Afghan territory must not be used to launch attacks or conduct hostile operations against Pakistan.
Pakistan does not seek escalation and remains committed to regional peace, dialogue and constructive engagement. This commitment must not be mistaken for weakness or an unlimited tolerance of hostile actions. Pakistan will defend its sovereignty, territorial integrity and the lives of its citizens with full resolve and will take all necessary measures to protect them. Any further provocative act by Afghan Taliban will be responded with firm and resolute response.

عطا تارڑ نے کہا کہ پاکستان کشیدگی میں اضافہ نہیں چاہتا اور علاقائی امن، مذاکرات اور تعمیری روابط کیلئے پرعزم ہے، پاکستان کے اس عزم کو کمزوری یا دشمنانہ اقدامات کو لامحدود برداشت کرنے کی علامت نہیں سمجھا جانا چاہیے، پاکستان اپنی خودمختاری، علاقائی سالمیت اورشہریوں کا تحفظ پوری قوت سے کرے گا۔
گزشتہ روز سکیورٹی ذرائع نے بتایا تھا کہ پاکستان کی مسلح افواج نے خیبر پختونخوا کے شہر کوہاٹ اور طورخم بارڈر سے ملحقہ علاقوں میں افغان طالبان حکومت کی جانب سے بھیجے گئے 8 ڈرونز مار گرائے۔

سکیورٹی ذرائع کا کہنا تھا کہ افغان طالبان رجیم کی جانب سے 8 ڈرونز پاکستان کی فضائی حدود میں داخل ہوئے، جنہیں افواج پاکستان کے فعال اور مستعد ائیر ڈیفنس سسٹم نے کامیابی سے مار گرایا۔
سکیورٹی ذرائع کے مطابق افواج پاکستان اور پاک فضائیہ کے شاہینوں نے افغان طالبان رجیم کی عوامی مقامات کو نشانہ بنانے کی بزدلانہ کوشش کو پیشہ ورانہ طریقے سے ناکام بنا دیا۔
سکیورٹی ذرائع نے مزید بتایا کہ 4 ڈرونز طورخم بارڈ سے ملحقہ علاقوں اور 4 ڈرونز کوہاٹ سے متصل بارڈ کے پہاڑی علاقوں میں گرائے گئے تھے، یہ دراندازی افغان طالبان رجیم کی جانب سے دہشتگردوں کی براہ راست معاونت اور سرپرستی کا مزید ایک اور ثبوت ہے۔
اس سے قبل جولائی میں افغان طالبان حکومت نے بلوچستان کی جانب سرحد پار چار ابتدائی نوعیت کے ڈرونز بھیجے تھے جنہیں سیکیورٹی فورسز نے مار گرایا تھا۔
