کنٹرول لائن کے دونوں جانب اور دنیا بھر میں مقیم کشمیری بھارتی فوج کے قبضے کیخلاف آج یوم سیاہ منا رہے ہیں۔
بھارت نے 27اکتوبر 1947کو سری نگر میں اپنی فوجیں اتار کر کشمیر پر اپنے فوجی قبضے کا آغاز کیا تھا، بھارت کے اس اقدام کیخلاف کشمیری ہر سال 27 اکتوبر کو یوم سیاہ مناتے ہیں۔
اس موقع پر صدرمملکت ، وزیراعظم اور دیگر حکومتی رہنماؤں نے کشمیری عوام سے اظہاریکجہتی کیا ہے۔

صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کے عوام جبر اور انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں،عالمی برادری اور اقوام متحدہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی صورتحال کا نوٹس لے۔
MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT ASIF ALI ZARDARI ON JAMMU AND KASHMIR BLACK DAY — 27 OCTOBER 2026
On Jammu and Kashmir Black Day, we solemnly remember 27 October 1947, when Indian forces landed in Srinagar, marking the beginning of a prolonged and tragic chapter in the history of Jammu and Kashmir. This day reaffirms our recognition of the longstanding aspirations of the Kashmiri people and the continued pursuit of the fundamental and inalienable right to self-determination.
For the past eight decades, the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) have endured profound sufferings, marked by violence, repression and serious violations of fundamental rights. Generations of Kashmiris have made immense sacrifices in their pursuit of justice, dignity and freedom. Their resilience and determination in the face of adversity remain a testament to the enduring strength of their cause.
Since 27 October 1947, the people of IIOJK have endured decades of conflict, restrictions and denial of their fundamental rights. The continuing restrictions on fundamental freedoms, heightened militarisation, arrests and reports of human rights violations remain a matter of serious concern and underscore the need for sustained international attention. The situation has further deteriorated since August 5, 2019, when India unilaterally attempted to alter the constitutional and legal status of Jammu and Kashmir.
Jammu and Kashmir Black Day is, therefore, not merely a day of remembrance. It is also an occasion to reaffirm our commitment to a peaceful and just resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute. Lasting peace, stability and prosperity in South Asia remain closely linked to the resolution of this longstanding dispute, in accordance with the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
On this solemn occasion, I call upon the international community, particularly the United Nations and international human rights organisations, to take due cognisance of the human rights situation in IIOJK, support efforts for the protection of the fundamental rights of the Kashmiri people and contribute meaningfully towards a just, peaceful and lasting resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
Pakistan will continue to extend its unwavering moral, diplomatic and political support to the people of IIOJK. We will continue to raise their voice at every appropriate international forum and to advocate the realisation of their legitimate aspirations.
Today, we pay tribute to the countless sacrifices of the Kashmiri people and reaffirm our solidarity with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters. Pakistan stands with them in the pursuit of justice, peace, dignity and the realisation of the legitimate right to self-determination.
The day is not far off when the people of Jammu and Kashmir will be able to determine their own future in accordance with their aspirations and the Jammu and Kashmir dispute will move towards a just and peaceful resolution.

وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کا اپنے پیغام میں کہنا تھا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے منصفانہ حل کے بغیر جنوبی ایشیا میں پائیدار امن ممکن نہیں،پاکستان کشمیری عوام کی اخلاقی، سفارتی اور سیاسی حمایت جاری رکھے گا۔
وفاقی وزیر امیر مقام نے دو ٹوک الفاظ میں کہا کہ پاکستان کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے اور ان کا مقدمہ لڑتا رہے گا۔
یومِ سیاہ پر نائب وزیراعظم و وزیر خارجہ اسحاق ڈار نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ آج کے دن بھارتی افواج کی سری نگر آمد جموں و کشمیر کی تاریخ کے ایک طویل اور المناک باب کا آغاز تھی،تقریباً 8 دہائیاں گزرنے کے باوجود کشمیری حقِ خودارادیت سے محروم ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیریوں کا حقِ خودارادیت اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی متعلقہ قراردادوں میں تسلیم شدہ ہے مگر مقبوضہ کشمیر کے عوام کئی دہائیوں سے بنیادی آزادیوں پر پابندیوں اور انسانی حقوق کے مسائل کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں، مشکلات کے باوجود کشمیری عوام عزم، حوصلے اور استقامت کے ساتھ اپنے حقوق کی جدوجہد جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔
On Jammu & Kashmir Black Day, Pakistan stands in solidarity with the people of IIOJK, honouring their courage, resilience and enduring aspirations for dignity, peace and self-determination.
Pakistan reaffirms its unwavering political, moral and diplomatic support and calls upon the international community to facilitate a just and peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

وزیر خارجہ نے مزید کہا کہ کشمیری نسل در نسل انصاف، امن اور اپنے مستقبل کا فیصلہ خود کرنے کے حق کے لیے قربانیاں دے رہے ہیں،عالمی برادری جموں و کشمیر کے تنازع کے منصفانہ، پُرامن اور پائیدار حل کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کرے۔
انہوں نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ 5 اگست 2019 کے بھارت کے یکطرفہ اقدامات کے بعد مقبوضہ کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی صورتحال پر عالمی توجہ بڑھی،بھارت کے بعد ازاں قانون سازی اور انتظامی اقدامات نے کشمیری عوام میں عدم تحفظ اور بیگانگی کے احساس کو مزید گہرا کیا۔
مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بنیادی آزادیوں پر پابندیاں، آبادیاتی اور سیاسی تبدیلیاں تشویش کا باعث ہیں،کشمیری سیاسی رہنماؤں اور کارکنوں کی مسلسل نظر بندی نے صورتحال کو مزید سنگین بنایا ہے،مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارتی اقدامات نے بین الاقوامی قانون اور انسانی حقوق کے معیارات سے متعلق سنگین سوالات اٹھائے ہیں۔
اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ کشمیریوں کی جدوجہد اس حقیقت کی یاد دہانی ہے کہ کسی قوم کی امنگوں کو طاقت اور جبر سے دبایا نہیں جا سکتا،کشمیری عوام کی قربانیاں اور وقار و حقِ خودارادیت کی جدوجہد عالمی برادری کی سنجیدہ توجہ کی مستحق ہے۔
انہوں نے عالمی برادری سے مقبوضہ کشمیر کے عوام کی مشکلات کے خاتمے اور بنیادی حقوق کے احترام کے لیے کردار ادا کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تنازع کشمیر کے پُرامن حل کے لیے عالمی برادری کی بامعنی اور مسلسل شمولیت ضروری ہے۔
اسحاق ڈار نے کہا پاکستان کشمیری عوام کے لیے غیرمتزلزل سیاسی، اخلاقی اور سفارتی حمایت جاری رکھنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کرتا ہے اور ہر مناسب عالمی فورم پر کشمیری عوام کی آواز بلند کرتا رہے گا۔
