Shooting claims life of Naat Khuwan in Karachi

KARACHI: In a tragic incident of targeted killing in Karachi’s Orangi Town, a Naat Khuwan named Raheem Ullah was fatally shot by two assailants on Monday.

The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) West confirmed the incident, stating that the attackers, riding a motorcycle, approached Raheem Ullah in the Pakistan Bazar area and fired three shots.

The police recovered the victim’s mobile phone and other belongings at the scene, and the forensic team collected 9mm bullet shells.

The body was later transported to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Despite accusations of enmity, Rahimullah’s family, speaking to the media at the hospital, denied any such conflicts.
