Man dies in Lahore plaza inferno

LAHORE: A man lost his life on Saturday morning as a fire broke out in Eden Heights Plaza on Jail Road, Lahore.

The flames quickly engulfed an office on the second-last floor, causing the individual to suffer severe burns.

Rescue 1122 teams worked hard for hours to bring the fire under control, using hydraulic stairs to reach the affected area. Luckily, they managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other offices in the plaza.

Facing difficulties due to the height, the rescue team called in sniffer dogs to help extinguish the blaze. Despite the challenges, they successfully contained the fire.

The rescue officials have started investigating to assess the cause of the incident.
