According to sources, the agreement is an outcome of discussions involving the federal government, the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the sources, Pakistan’s investigative team intends to conduct further investigation from two Pakistani individuals and a woman who reside in Kenya. The investigation team considers these three suspects as central figures in the murder.
The agreement is set to be signed by senior officials from officials of both countries in Nairobi. It is reported that Pakistan has already submitted its documentation to Kenya pertaining to the agreement.
