Court issues arrest warrants for Hamid Achakzai

QUETTA: The Accountability Court of Balochistan has taken action against senior leader of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Dr Hamid Khan Achakzai by issuing arrest warrants in a case related to the alleged misuse of authority.

According to sources, the development came during proceedings held at the court in Quetta, presided over by Judge Mohammad Jamshed.

Additionally, in parallel to Achakzai, former Quetta Development Authority (QDA) official Dilshad Khan has also been issued arrest warrants in the similar case.

Both the individuals have been summoned to appear before the court on October 16, as reported by the sources.
