BU closed after clash between students

QUETTA – Balochistan University has been closed indefinitely subsequent to a confrontation between two student factions.

Law enforcement sources report that a clash erupted among two distinct student groups within the premises of Balochistan University, leading to injuries sustained by seven individuals.

The wounded parties were expeditiously transported to a medical facility for treatment.

In a concurrent development, the administrative body of Balochistan University released an official press communiqué stipulating the closure of the institution until further notice.

“The cessation of academic engagements at Balochistan University shall persist for an undetermined duration,” the official declaration stated.

Students have also been duly instructed to promptly vacate the hostel facilities with immediate effect.
