KARACHI: Karachi’s transportation gets a boost with 30 new buses hitting the streets today, courtesy of the People’s Bus Service.

Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Maqbool Baqir took the honors of officially launching the buses, marking a positive step towards improved transportation.

PPP leader Sharjeel Inam Memon applauded the initiative, noting that the addition of these new buses reflects PPP’s commitment to enhancing the city’s transportation network.

Mayor Murtaza Wahab revealed plans for not just 30 Hybrid Diesel buses but also the introduction of 50 Electric Buses, signaling a forward-looking approach to public transport.
