12-Year-old boy’s body found hanging from tree

MATIARI: A 12-year-old boy’s lifeless body was discovered hanging from a tree in the Matiari city area of Sindh, as reported by local law enforcement.

Authorities located the body of a 12-year-old boy suspended from a tree in the vicinity of Ghalib Khyber, a suburb within Matiari. The young victim has been identified as Faizan, the son of Yar Muhammad.

Sources familiar with the matter have indicated that the boy may have been subjected to sexual assault prior to his tragic demise. Following an alert, police and rescue personnel promptly arrived at the scene and subsequently transported the deceased to a local hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Family members of the 12-year-old stated that Faizan had left his home in the morning with the intention of gathering firewood.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officials have refrained from making any premature statements regarding the alleged sexual assault, asserting that a definitive confirmation will only be possible after the completion of the post-mortem examination.
