Will it rain in Islamabad tomorrow?

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) issued a weather forecast predicting rain in Islamabad on Monday. In its latest weather report, the PMD indicated that rain accompanied by wind and thundershowers is expected in several regions, including Islamabad.

The press release issued by the weather forecasting authority read, “Rain, wind, and thundershowers are expected in the Potohar region, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.”

According to the PMD press release westerly wave is affecting the upper parts of the country. Monsoon currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating in the upper parts.
