Trigger warning: Rape

ISLAMABAD: In a press conference at the National Press Club (NPC) in Islamabad on Wednesday, a seventeen-year-old girl alleged that she had been raped for ten days after being abducted from Murree.

She recounted that the main accused, Hamad Irshad, had contacted her on the morning of August 14, asking her to meet him in Murree. However, upon reaching the location, Hamad, accompanied by his friends Junaid and Zubair, forcibly took her to a rented house in Rawalpindi’s Shakryal area.
