One terrorist killed, another arrested: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: In a covert operation led by security forces in the Kalaachi area of Dera Ismail Khan, an exchange of intense gunfire ensued.

During the exchange of fire, one terrorist was killed and another arrested along with the recovery of weapons and ammunition.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the terrorists were involved in the killing of security force and innocent civilians through acts of violence.

According to the ISPR, an operation is currently under way in the region to eliminate potential terrorists.

“Pakistan’s security forces remain steadfast in their commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country and continue to take resolute actions in this regard.”
