Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan experienced progress in 2018 under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership, citing the successful resolution of the long-standing issue of load shedding. However, he lamented that a sinister conspiracy unfolded, precipitating a decline in various facets of the nation.

The PML-N president further said the plot led to a severe economic crisis, resulting in the breach of agreements with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
